P2X-885 is a world currently under the control of the Ori, where Benjamin Fischer became Patient Zero for the Prior Plague.
Overview
SG-6 was deployed undercover on P2X-885, observing the interactions between the visiting Prior and the local population. At the time, the Priors' mobility through the Milky Way was via Stargate only, and their only reinforcements were those they were able to convert. It was thus deemed an acceptable risk to deploy SG-6 in the field long-term, gathering intel on the various sermons and miracles delivered and performed to sway the native populace. The planet had a population somewhere in the region of ten thousand, hot and humid temperatures, and minimal access to freshwater, with the inhabitants having developed to a vaguely Medieval level of technology.
