Pegasus Galaxy
Pegasus Expedition
Lt. General George Hammond - Prometheus, SG-3
Prometheus embarks towards the Pegasus Galaxy en route to Atlantis, but is prevented from reaching it's destination - and indeed leaving the Milky Way - by the actions of Vala Mal Doran. (SG1: "Prometheus Unbound")
Expedition Zero
Colonel Steven Caldwell - Daedalus, 1st TFW
Using a Zero Point Module recovered in Egypt, Daedalus embarks toward the Pegasus Galaxy to assist in the defense of Atlantis from the Wraith. The expedition was so nicknamed because of its use of a ZPM, which allowed the Daedalus to reach Atlantis in a matter of days, though it would require three weeks to make the return trip at standard hyperdrive speeds. (SGA: "The Siege")
Expedition One
Colonel Steven Caldwell - Daedalus, 1st TFW
The first scheduled voyage between Earth and Atlantis. It transported the command staff of the Atlantis Expedition back to the Pegasus Galaxy - after they had returned to Earth via the Stargate - as well as relief personnel and supplies. The Expedition was delayed on the edge of the Pegasus Galaxy when a Wraith computer virus caused a series of fatal malfunctions. (SGA: "The Intruder")
Major Evan Lorne and Lieutenant Laura Cadman were transferred to Atlantis during this Expedition. (SGA: "Runner", "Duet")
Expedition Two
Colonel Steven Caldwell - Daedalus, 1st TFW
On the return leg of this Expedition, the Daedalus diverted to Doranda to monitor the Atlantis Expedition's progress studying Project Arcturus. When the device malfunctioned, the Daedalus assisted Atlantis personnel in escaping the blast radius - which destroyed a significant fraction of the Doranda solar system. (SGA: "Trinity")
